Cancellation and booking policy
As a small business, Yoga with Eva is unable to support last minute cancellations, changes and no-shows. Thank you for your understanding.
Booking
Class and workshop bookings can be made by directly emailing or texting Yoga with Eva.
Payment is due at the time of booking, preferably online (BACS, or PayPal) for all workshops and classes. Cash on the day is also permitted for short-notice drop-ins to classes only.
Classes
If you cancel your space with 24 hours notice, Yoga with Eva will provide you with the credit equivalent to the booking amount to be used against any future classes within the same block of term dates.
A 6 class pass must be used within the set of term dates. Class passes will not roll over into the next term.
Workshops
No monetary refund available. If you cancel your space with more than 7 days notice, Yoga with Eva will provide you with credit equivalent to the booking amount to be used against any future classes/ workshops within 6 months of the cancelled appointment.

If you cancel your space with 7 days or less notice, there will be no credit provided.
